Viewing lots

Got ur email. ... Try this:
1. Insure u have no accts open. And U're on the 'Accounts' tab, and only the 'Accounts tab'
2. Then try 'Edit->Find', click on 'New search' 
3. Key 'GE' and click 'Case insensitive?' 2 make it case sensitive
4. Press 'Find' button

FYI I just discovered why Find was so flaky 2 me. I had on acct tab open. Tanx. I learned something too!
