mailing list search has a problem

I just tried to search the mailing lists, but the search page seems to
have a bit of a problem.  The link from the info page for the
gnucash-user list is:
http://lists.gnucash.org/search/?idxname=gnucash-user

That page is not rendering right at all, and the title of the page is
"<?= T_($title); ?> | GnuCash", as if there's some kind of template
that didn't get filled in right.
