OFX Setup

I got connected to my bank accounts (PNC Bank, checking, savings) and
can retrieve transactions from them.  Now I am trying to set up my
investment accounts, in this case Vanguard.  I get connected okay, get
a validate certificate, then get this message when attempting to Get
Accounts:
