A bug report would be better than a thread in the dev list.
I also like the idea of adding some gui elements to the logging functions, but I don't know when anyone will have time to work on it. The same goes for a Troubleshooting chapter in the user manual. And navigability is always a problem with wikis; Google is your friend there.
