downloading issue

thank you all. a big, huge shout out to all of you who so kindly, patiently
and generously guide me through this. so twenty emails later i am thrilled
to report that i'm looking at our personal finances through gnucash.
actually i am looking at the checking account. it is beautiful. wow. i've
made entries. tomorrow i am ready to reconcile. amazing.

i thank you all with all my heart. you know who you are, john, peter, colin,
david. you guys truly rock.
