Explicitly confirmed file save when using sqlite file format

Just use the GnuCash API:  c.f. gnc-pricedb.h

Besides, thou shalt never write to the gnucash dataset directly.  If
it's working for you, great, but you still might destroy your data.
Writing directly is not supported.
