krb5_32.dll error

I just wanted to wrap up this thread.  Carefully reinstalling GnuCash
resolved the problem by creating the missing file.  I had tried that before,
but I suspect that the previous reinstall wasn't completed correctly.  Thank
you everyone for your feedback.
