alternative to Process Payment for bills

Hi there,

I've started using gnucash for our restaurant and somehow bills and
payments have gotten out of sync.  That is, I several bills show up in the
Due Bills Reminder but they've been paid.

Is there any way to do synchronize the billing reminder system with what's
actually in the checking account? Or should I just delete the entries in
the Checking Account and redo them in Process Payments?
