Add report

If I run the default Balance Sheet report without changing any of the
options, the results are complete nonsense. I need to go and change the
Price Source in the Commodities Tab to something other than 'Average Cost',
then I get meaningful numbers.
Therefore I have a Balance Sheet report saved as a custom report with that
option correctly selected, so I don't have to do it every time.
