Quickbooks Export?

Anyone have a good method for sharing my data with my accountant?  

They use Quickbooks and I was just wondering if there were a way to export
the files in a way that they could import them into their Quickbooks for
processing?

Right now I just send them monthly P&L Reports.

I look forward to hearing people's opinions on how they deal with this
situation.
