Help with printing A4 Invoices please

Hi Phil

I've had to the same thing with my invoices, increase the left margin that is.  My workaround was to create a blank logo of an appropriate size and set that as logo in the images section of the stylesheet. (Edit->Stylesheets).  This gives enough space for ring-binder holes and aligns the address with the envelope window.
