Reconciliation problem

The Reconcile Window will always show all unreconciled transactions, so
this isn't a problem.

I don't know -- perhaps before you reconciled before you entered any
additional transactions for the next month?   If you only check off the
transactions that were on your December 31 statement, what happens?  Are
you sure you entered the Dec 31 ending balance from you bank statement
into the reconcile dialog when you started the process?
