How did you upgrade?  From a repository or did you build it yourself

I am on Ubuntu, but I guess it is the same.  Check whether you have
libdbd-pgsql installed.

I would suggest upgrading to the latest 2.4 if you want to use a
database backend though, I think there have been some related bug
fixes.
