can i customise the toolbar?

Hi again,

just wondering...

e.g. in a word or spreadsheet program, one can often add buttons for
frequently used commands/tasks; sometimes these are 'themed' in sections
of the toolbar e.g. one section has font formatting, another section has
drawing tools.

I'm thinking, as I repeatedly go from the top menu 'Business > vendor >
new bill', "I wonder if I can add a button to the toolbar that does 'new
bill' right away?"

if so, maybe I could add a few other shortcuts for oft-used tasks from
the 'business' theme..
