Setup Error in GNUCash with Ubuntu 12.04

In setting up for online banking I consistently get the error "No user
assigned to this account".   I am using GNUCash on Ubuntu 12.04.  Also, of
note, the setup appeared to connect to the bank but did not download a list
of my accounts.  So, I manually set up an account and this is when I get the
error.
