Can I add a Tag for each transaction?

There are arguments in both directions about this.  Right now there are
four transaction-level fields (Num, Desc, Action, and Notes), and then
two split-level fields (Action and Memo).  I think that Num, Desc, and
Notes already have a purpose, so the only really usable field is Action.
However I think that's used by Stock transactions, too.  So really there
isn't necessarily a good place to put a Tag without overloading a field.
