Updating exchange rates in windows fails

I just found this: 
http://lists.gnucash.org/pipermail/gnucash-user/2012-February/043255.html and 
was able to fix my problem by replacing the installed Quote.pm with this 
download (rename and change extension from .pl to .pm).
