F::Q not working (Jun 12)?

OK I did this (windows XP x86):

C:\Program Files\gnucash\bin>perl gnc-fq-dump yahoo_europe rbs.l

This hangs for a minute or so and returns:
No results found for stock rbs.l

So it seems Finance Quote isn't working for me at the moment...
