System is Windows 7 Professional 64 bit with 8 Gig of memory.

1. When you go to the active perl web site. The only version that you
are able download for free is 5.14.2. If you wan the older versions you
have to buy the Business version. I downloaded the x86 version. After
I installed the ActivePerl, I restarted my computer.

2. I did not have the program group for Gnucash in the start up. I
clicked on Computer, clicked on C drive, clicked on Program Files (x86),
clicked on gnucash, clicked on bin, and then double clicked on this
file: install-fq-mods.

3. That file will open a shell window and run a series of commands.
When it is finished, it will tell you to press any key.

4. I tested it using one security. Do not forget to edit the security
to enable online retrieval.
