Remember settings for CSV importer

That's why AqBanking (which is used by Gnucash for online banking stuff
and also contains some importers) uses profiles for step 3.

GnuCash already uses some importers from AqBanking (e.g. SWIFT), I'm not
sure whether it already provides access to the CSV importer...

If it did, you could just select the file to import, choose the profile
for your setup and be done...
