Implementing COGS in GnuCash for a small business

I'm quite happy with GC for our household accounts, after reaching EOL 
with Quicken 2007 for Macintosh (OS X Lion doesn't support Rosetta, and 
Quicken for Mac is PPC code).

There's a lot of it I never use, but that doesn't bother me.
