trouble with reconciling

I know this has been suggested before, but can you please verify that
it's not bringing up the reconcile window behind your main window?  OR,
perhaps it's showing up on a second monitor?  For example, if your
system was at one time connected to a second monitor and you moved a
reconcile window there, gnucash may be trying to re-display it over
there again.  If that monitor doesn't exist then you wouldn't see it.

Frankly, I've never seen an issue where gnucash flat out doesn't display
a reconcile window.  I *have* seen cases where it does try to display it
but the user cannot see it because it's hidden.
