This doesn't really answer your question but what I would do is to open 
the register of the Doctor account, set the time frame for the tax year 
(View --> Filter by...), and run the "Account Report" (Reports --> 
Account Report).  Then I modify the report options to remove what my 
accountant doesn't need.
