Plans for deleting invoices, bills, customers and vendors in a future release & requesting enhancements

Hi John,

This is an excellent idea.  Now, I am totally on board with the idea of not
deleting invoices and bills.  I can see that having sequential,
uninterrupted invoice and bills numbers are important.
