program crashing

Dear all,

    I'm using GnuCash 2.4.10 on WinXP. GnuCash suddenly start to crash
today, though I successfully ran it the day before yesterday. I cannot
recall that I installed any new softwares in between.

    After the crash, I found a new file in "C:\Documents and
Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temp", which is called:
gnucash.trace.TNH0BW.log. The contents of the file is included in the
end of this email.

    The crash is an access violation. I cannot figure out what is
wrong. I've already restart my computer several times, uninstalled and
installed Gnucash, but the problem did not go away.

    I don't know what information would be helpful in identifying the
problem, I'll provided anything possible to help identify the problem.
