Transaction Reports

While trying to expand a field, I have completely messed up my
transaction reports.  There is only dollar fields left are Tot Cred and
Balance.

For asset accounts, there is only credit and balance showing instead of
a field for reconciled, deposit, withdrawal and balance.

For expense accounts there is no field for reconciled, expense or rebate.

How do I fix this?
