expenses bar chart report: selected accounts and calculated totals

When I change it to "only first level" I get one single bar per month which
shows all the expenses per month (i.e. all expense accounts and sub accounts
are summed up).
I noticed also that with the "show accounts to second level":
- if a second level account is not selected, it is not included in the
report (even if some sub accounts on 3rd level are selected)
- if a second level account is selected, all sub-accounts are counted in the
total (even if de-selected) (this I described in yesterdays post).
