archived versions?

I've been trying to upgrade from v 2.4.6 to v 2.4.11 on Windows Vista without success. When I launch gnuCash, the splash screen appears briefly then nothing. I've tried everything I know but my only recourse now is to fall back to a version I can get to work. The web site seems to only have a download link for the current version. Do you archive Windows install executables for prior versions?
