Online account setup help

gnucash 2.4.11 for Windows

I need some help setting up Navy Federal Credit Union and Vanguard.  I
have Vanguard set up, and when I hit "Retrieve Account List", it seems
to work, but no account shows up:

For Navy Federal, I'm just not sure how to set it up.  They give an
Access Number, a User ID, and a Password.  I cannot find the right
combination for GNUCash, and always get an error about an invalid user
id / password.

I was able to covnfigure a third bank and get accounts to show up so I
know it isn't because I'm a complete idiot!

Any assistance appreciated.
