Hi,

You have to edit the invoice to adjust the transactions recorded in A/R.
Don't manually adjust entries that you see in the A/R register.

There are a number of ways to find an invoice to edit it.

Probably the most simple is Business -> Customer -> Find invoice enter the
invoice number in the dialog box, then click Find. Select the invoice in the
drop-down list, and then click View/Edit Invoice.

Once you have the invoice open, click the toolbutton for Unpost Invoice. Make
your changes, then re-post it. Pay attention to the dates!

You could also find the invoice from a customer report, or the receivables
aging report.

If your payments to Bank account are wrong, you can just delete those and do
proces payment again.

If you need to add a split line to a payment, then you can hand edit that in
the Bank Account register.

Maf.
