Income and Exp Comparison Reports

Not really - I paste the data from a customised Transaction Report into a
spreadsheet, then use two Pivot Tables side by side, selected for different
date ranges. Slightly clunky, but with a couple of macros to automate some
copying and some hidden columns it does the job...
It also lets me analyse data by payee (Description) which isn't possible in
GnuCash.
