Yes, it is.
By each expense that you've got you use their expense account or create a
new account.
I recommend that you see the tutorial and concept guide (present in gnucash
help menu) to learn basic concepts about this powerful tool.

What do you mean by increment it ? Add sub accounts for each expense ?
