Release 2.4.12

I was thrilled to see the new release, as I had hoped that it would include 
Finance::Quote <http://finance-quote.sourceforge.net/>   1.18.
Apparently it still uses F::Q 1.17, however.
I have to revert to 2.4.11 anyway, because of the  OFX import problem

What are the chances that whatever release fixes that (2.4.12-1, 2.4.13,
2.6.0?) would also include the newest F::Q?  1.18 was released 6 months ago.
