Printing reports - urgent request please

As far as I can tell, the only way around this (currently) is to export the report as HTML, and then read it into a word processor (e.g. Open Office), and print it from there, duplicating the headers as desired.
I was hoping to work on a better solution but the busy season is upon us, so it isn't likely to happen in a hurry.
