Modifying Payee names in Description Field

How doI modify the payee name in the Description field
of an account? For example, in my checking account, I have
had entered Deals and Deal$; Kroger Pharmacyand Pharmacy,
Kroger. Where is the Payee/Description located?


I am using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and GnuCash 2-4-10.
