Release 2.4.12 OFX Imports work fine in Ubuntu Linux 12.04

We have already identified one important issue with ofx import, which is not CRLF 
related at all. Is is fixed in the stable branch. You can download a build with this 
fix included here:

Please install this version and report back if ofx import works with this one.
