Release 2.4.12 OFX Imports work fine in Ubuntu Linux 12.04

Alas, this did not work with the attached, slightly obfuscated qfx file.
Gnucash-2.4.12-svn-r22907 opened the generic import window and stalled
with 9 active threads in Windows 7.
