Using GnuCash remotely.

As Robert suggested, running with an explicitly specified file would solve
the problem too. It is just easier for now for me to go downstairs to my
office to do my "save as"s.

I had been performing monthly "save as"s, and it took a few months of lost
GnuCash work, before I was 100% certain I wasn't imagining the "missing
data", and tracked down what was happening.
