Split credit card transaction

    Oops---all the nice formatting I did for my example (trying to show 
the correct column for each split) didn't come through.  Maybe this 
works better:

         Liability:Credit cards:Visa             $190 for the lot
	Expenses:House:Maintenance      $150
	Expenses:Household               $30
	Expenses:Tax:Sales tax           $10
