No response from OFX server

Interesting followup - I was able manually format the request, and post it to
the TD Bank ofx service, and get a valid response back. I have absolutely no
idea why GNUCash / PocketSense is having trouble. More debugging to come...

FYI: I used the following settings:
FI-ID: 1002
FI-Name: CommerceBank
AppId: QWIN
AppVer: 2100

Even more interesting, is that the request I sent, is what PocketSense
actually spat out as debug, so the request is valid, it's something in the
connection that is not working.
