Sorry for the delay replying, I've been out of town.
Which version of GnuCash were you using? I checked in a change back in
February which allows gnc-fq-helper to optionally return a list of
results rather than a single result. This change is in the 2.5
unstable releases since then and might allow this perl script to work
as a replacement for gnc-fq-helper.
