Reconciled Account Using Wrong Date

Yes, the reconciles are per account.  It remembers the past two
reconcile dates and uses that to forecast the 'next' reconcile date,
assuming the dates are at regular intervals.  For me it is often off by
a day or two.  This is why you should always check it.  :)
