Portuguese Translation of Users guide

There seems to be a partial translation to Portuguese of the GnuCash 
concepts guide [1] but no one has ever submitted it to the GnuCash 
repository in order to make it available with the software itself.
As you can read in the original thread, I proposed the author to offer 
the translation to GnuCash but he never answered.
I think your better choice is to translate it yourself (if you are 
fluent in Portuguese). That would also be a great opportunity to better 
understand GnuCash and double entry accounting.
