Report realized and unrealized gain for account and sub-acocunts

If you have been tracking gains and losses on sales as outlined in the
documentation then you should be able to customize the income barchart
to give you that information for closed positions, i.e. realized gains. 
I am not sure about unrealized gains, but you can get values as of
various dates from the Asset barchart.  You have to have the prices as
of the intended reporting dates in the file.

There is a cute little freeware windows program called Takestock 2
<http://ravib.com/takestock/2/> that does not do transaction imports but
it can track simple portfolios with price and dividend data from the
Internet.
