Backup/Transfer Help!

We are a small non-profit homeless shelter located in mid-Missouri that uses
GnuCash 2.4 for our financial accounting data.  The GnuCash program is
AWESOME!!!
 
We have three years of accounting data, but have it all on one very old Dell
computer.  We wish to transfer all of our financial information to a new
computer but I don't know how to do it.  I have all the GnuCash files backed
up and have copied onto a thumb drive, but don't know what to do with it.
Our new computer is Windows OS.
