Using gnucash with multiple entities

Alas, you've encountered one of the drawbacks of the current method of
metadata storage from GnuCash.  Unfortunately there's not really a good
solution to your problem.

A workaround would be to name your reports based on your entities, and
make sure you don't run them across your entities.
