'No such file or directory' error while trying to save a report

Hi all!

I've got a problem with reports here.

When pressing the Add report button in the toolbar (or in the File menu), an
error message appears

"Could not open the file C:\Users\Максим\.gnucash\saved-reports-2.4. The error
is: system-error - No such file or directory". The report doesn't get saved.

There's no difference which report to try to save. The mentioned file does not
physically exist on my Win7 x86 machine. Locale is uk (Ukrainian), and my
username uses Cyrillic symbols (maybe that's the reason?).

Does anybody know what the problem might be?
