'No such file or directory' error while trying to save a report

Could you please direct me on where the GnuCash environment file is located
and how is it called?

Also, is it possible that this problem will be solved in future releases? I
have already posted a bug for this:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=693034

My GnuCash version is 2.4.11
