Don't think that is the problem. I think that users and accounts are somewhat
independent. As I read the user and accounts panels, each user is associated
with a particular bank and each account is also associated with a bank. At
the bottom of the account panel, the user is assigned. That has been done
for all 3 accounts. 1 account works and 2 do not work.
