Transfer shares between accounts?

The trade date wont be available in B; you will have to refer back to A.
As for the basis, it depends on how you record the transfer, but most
likely your weighted-average cost basis will transfer over from A to B.

The only way to transfer the basis and trade date is to record the
original basis/date in the transfer transaction, either by dating it
appropriately or by recording it in e.g. the transfer description.
